Lease located 3 miles southeast of Yampa off Highway 131. Hunting Unit 15. Property joins Routt National Forest. Timber consists of oak, cedar and aspen. Combination Elk and Deer hunting. Lodging consists of a nice, completely furnished trailer on property. I require four to six (4-6) hunters per season. Price includes lodging.

Lease #2 - Bunn Homestead $2300 per hunter
Lease located 22 miles south of Silt, up West Divide Creek Rd. Hunting Unit 42. Property joins White River National Forest. Timber consists of oak and aspen. Combination Elk and Deer hunting. Lodging in Silt, New Castle or camping. I require two-four (2-4) hunters per season.

Lease #3 - Bear Creek Ranch $2300 per hunter
Lease located 20 miles south of Silt, up East Divide Creek Road. Hunting Unit 42. Property joins BLM and White River National Forest. Timber consists of oak, cedar and aspen. Combination Deer and Elk hunting. Lodging available in Silt, about 20 minutes from gate at a new motel and cabins on the Colorado River. I require four (4) hunters per season.

Lease #4 - Scott Ranch $2600 per hunter
Lease located 12 miles southwest of Burns. Hunting Unit 25. Property joins BLM and White River National Forest. Timber consists of pine and aspen. Combination Deer and Elk hunting. Lodging consists of a completely furnished cabin. require four (4) hunters per season. Price includes lodging.

Lease #5 - Elk Horrn Ranch $2300 per hunter
Lease located south of Rifle, up Beaver Creek Road Hunting unit 42. Property joins White River National Forest and BLM. Timber consists of oak and aspen. Combination elk and deer hunting. Lodging available at motels in Rifle, 15 minutes from gate. I require (4) hunters per season.

Lease #6 - Garcia Ranch $2600 per hunter
Lease located 14 miles south of Pagosa Springs, west of Hwy 84. Hunting unit 78. Joins the San Juan Forest. Timber consist of pine and aspen. Lodging consists of a completely furnished cabin. I require (4) hunters per season.

Lease #7 - Gomez Ranches $2600 per hunter
Lease located 16 miles south of Pagosa Springs, west of Hwy 84 on the New Mexico border. Hunting unit 78. Joins BLM land and is within a few miles of Southern Ute Indian property. Timber consists of pine, oak and aspen. Combination elk and deer hunting. Lodging consists of a completely furnished cabin on Navajo River. I require (4) hunters per season.

Lease #8 - High Mesa Ranch $2400 per hunter
The lease is located 23 miles southeast of Montrose at Cimaron and off Highway 50, 12 miles south. This lease is part of the famous Cimarron River Ranch. Hunting unit 65. Property joins Cimarron River State Wildlife Area and BLM land. Timber consists of oak and aspen. Combination deer and elk hunting. Lodging available at Black Canyon cabins. I require six (6) hunters per season.

Lease #9 - Snyder Ranch $2300 per hunter
The lease is located 16 miles south of Norwood at the base of the Lone Cone Mountain. Hunting unit 70. Property joins Uncompahgre National Forest. Timber consists of oak, aspen and pine. Combination deer and elk hunting. Completely furnished cabins in Norwood, 20 minutes from the gate. I requires four (4) hunters per season.

Lease #10 - Divide Creek Ranch $2300 per hunter
Lease located 20 miles south of Silt, up West Divide Creek Road. Hunting Unit 42. Property joins BLM and White River National Forest. Timber consists of oak and aspen. Combination Deer and Elk hunting. Lodging available in Silt on the Colorado River. New motel and cabins. I require four (4) hunters per season.
