Lease #2 - Todd Creek Ranch $2200 per hunter
Lease is located 6 miles south of Yampa off Highway 131. Hunting Unit 15. Property joins Routt National Forest and BLM land. Timber consists of oak and aspen. Combination Elk and Deer. Lodging available in Yampa. Requires six (6) hunters per season.

Lease located 22 miles south of Silt, up West Divide Creek Rd. Hunting Unit 42. Property joins White River National Forest. Timber consists of oak and aspen. Combination Elk and Deer hunting. Lodging in Silt, New Castle or camping.
Requires two (2) hunters per season.

Lease #4 - Bear Creek Ranch $2400 per hunter
Lease located south of Silt, 16 miles up East Divide Creek Road. Hunting Unit 42. Timber consists of pine and aspen. Combination Deer and Elk hunting. Lodging consists of completely furnished cabin, sleeps eight. Property joins BLM and White River National Forest. Requires four - six (4-6) hunters per season. Price includes lodging.

Lease #5 - Stout Ranch $2400 per hunter
Lease located south of New Castle, 7 miles south off I-70. Hunting Unit 42. Timber consists of oak and aspen. Combination Deer and Elk hunting. Lodging consists of completely furnished cabins, sleeps eight. Property joins Garfield State Wildlife area and BLM. Requires six (6) hunters per season. Price includes lodging.

Lease is located 8 miles south of Rifle, up Beaver Creek Road. Hunting unit 42. Property joins White River National Forest and BLM land. Timber consists of oak and aspen. Combination elk and deer hunting. Lodging consist of nice cabin. I require 4-6 hunters per season.

Lease #7 - Crystal Springs Ranch $2200 per hunter
Lease located 12 miles northeast of Carbondale, off Hwy 82. Hunting Unit 444. Timber consists of oak and pine. Elk hunting. Lodging available in Carbondale. Requires four (4) hunters per season.

Lease #8 - McNulty Ranch $2200 per hunter
Lease is located 10 miles northeast of Carbondale, off Hwy 82 Hunting unit 444. Timber consists of oak and aspen. Elk hunting only. Lodging available in Basalt or Carbondale. I require 4 hunters per season.

Lease #9 - Miller Mesa Ranch $2200 per hunter
Lease located 4 miles southwest of Ridgeway. Hunting Unit 65. Timber consists of pine and aspen. Combination Deer and Elk hunting. Lodging available at Ridgeway Lodge, 7 miles from gate. Property joins the famous Ralph Lauren Double RL Ranch. Requires six (6) hunters per season.

Lease #10 - High Mesa Ranch $2200 per hunter
The lease is located 23 miles southeast of Montrose at Cimaron and off Highway 50, 12 miles south. This lease is part of the famous Cimarron River Ranch. Hunting unit 65. Property joins Cimarron River Wildlife Area and BLM land. Timber consists of oak and aspen. Combination deer and elk hunting. Lodging available at Black Canyon cabins. Requires six (6) hunters per season.
